Schematic Design Development
Including all the plans, sections and elevations. Organize soil investigations and a topographical survey of the Site. 3D rendering depicting the overall look of the building. Engineering Estimate based on the schematic Proposal.
Construction Drawing Development
Construction drawings and specifications in sufficient details for the tenderers to submit competitive bids. Organize any necessary technical discussions with relevant Government authorities, agencies, and specialized vendors. Coordinate the preparation of final construction documents to ensure that there is no disparity, conflict or ambiguity between any documents.
